Pradeep Ranganathan’s clever move at 'LIK' Telugu pre-release event grabs attention; the actor learns from past translator experience
Actor Pradeep Ranganathan captivated Hyderabad audiences at the ‘LIK’ pre-release event by employing an AI translator for real-time speech conversion. This innovative approach, a departure from his previous film’s promotional experience where a translator added humor, impressed fans. His embrace of technology for clear communication is now a major talking point.

Actor and filmmaker Pradeep Ranganathan is currently busy promoting his upcoming film ‘Love Insurance Kompany’ (‘LIK’). The film is directed by Vignesh Shivan and stars S. J. Suryah, Krithi Shetty, and Seeman among others. Music for the film is composed by Anirudh Ravichander and it is releasing on April 10. Since the movie is releasing in multiple South Indian languages, the team is organizing big promotional events across cities, including Hyderabad.

‘LIK’ actor impresses fans by using AI translator on stage

At a promotional event in Hyderabad, Pradeep Ranganathan surprised the audience with his very unusual method of using an AI-powered translator. Instead of using a physical translator at the event, actor Pradeep decided to use the AI tool, which instantly translates speech from English to Telugu. The AI software provided a real-time translation of his speech, which helped him communicate with the audience. The Hyderabad event audience was amazed by the use of AI tool with technology and all encouraged the actor to do so. The event was all over the social media as various clips from the event are making rounds on the internet.

Pradeep Ranganathan’s past experience with translator

Pradeep Ranganathan, in addition, shared a circumstance related to the promotion of one of his past films, Dude, which was released during last year’s Diwali. During the period he was in Hyderabad, he visited, but couldn’t speak Telugu. Consequently, a translator was appointed to translate his speech from Tamil and English to Telugu. Nevertheless, the translator added humorous remarks and jokes when doing the translation; this made the audience burst out into laughter. The video segments of that occasion also spread circulations online and the fans talked about it everywhere.

Pradeep Ranganathan’s creative promotion strategy goes viral

Having used a conventional technique the last time, Pradeep Ranganathan took the decision to choose a different one for the ‘Love Insurance Kompany’ marketing. He utilized an AI translator directly on stage in order to eliminate befuddlement among the audience and to keep the message clear and understandable. Now, his fastest brain, along with his eagerness to utilize unfamiliar gadgets, are the centerpiece of the talks of fans and viewers. The majority of them were impressed by the actor for using innovation of this kind. As the release date comes close, promotional activities and pass-along moments are making the movie spread the word a few weeks before its opening date.
