- You must enter your Application Number (up to 13 digits).
- Then, enter your Date of Birth in the DD/MM/YYYY format.
- Provide the required security code by combining the first two letters of your mother’s name with the last four digits of your Aadhaar number.
- Fill in the captcha code displayed on the screen.
- Click on the “Search” button to view the result.
