His daughter, Emilia, also posted a video to her mother, Kimberly’s account, remembering her father and wishing him on his birthday.

Kimberly Van Der Beek recently took to her social media account to share a birthday wish for her late husband. She posted photos and videos of the family to her account, which included Emilia’s clip for her father.
In the video, Beek’s 9-year-old daughter sat in front of the camera and shared, “So today is my dad’s birthday, and the number one thing for somebody’s passing is to talk to them and let your emotions out. If you miss them, you can cry. You can talk to them. I talk to my dad every day. I start with a sentence, and I say, ‘Hi, Dad. I miss you, and I love you so much, and I’ll never stop loving you.’”She further added that she knows her father is no longer in pain and is currently in heaven. She concluded her message for her father by saying that people should still have faith in life, and that “Miracles can still happen, just later on in life, and they’ll keep coming.”

Kimberly Van Der Beek shared her own message for her husband, who passed away in February after his battle with colorectal cancer. She shared a photo of herself with her late husband, along with the caption, “Would be your 49th birthday, and I’m missing you tremendously.” She also shared a video talking about her husband on her social media account.In the video, she said, “You are the light of our lives. Your love. Beauty. Presence. Tenderness. Protection. Safety. Creativity. Singing. I’m so grateful for the time. The way you were at births, held our newborns, revered me…I will cherish forever.”
