The event serves as a platform to deliberate on advancing global cooperation in artificial intelligence.Significantly, this is the first major global AI summit hosted in the Global South. The conference aligns with India’s vision of “Sarvajana Hitaya, Sarvajana Sukhaya” — welfare and happiness for all — and the broader global principle of “AI for Humanity.”More than 110 countries and 30 international organisations are participating in the summit, including around 20 Heads of State or Government and approximately 45 ministers.
