Explosion damages Jewish school in Amsterdam; mayor calls it targeted attack

Police said the case is being treated as arson.Authorities reported no injuries in the synagogue attack, and the fire that broke out after the explosion was quickly brought under control.Police later said four teenagers were detained in a car near another synagogue in Rotterdam.A Jewish organisation in the Netherlands said in a message on X that an Islamist group had posted a video online of the Rotterdam explosion and claimed responsibility for the incident. The organisation added that the same group had earlier claimed responsibility for a synagogue attack in the Belgian city of Liege earlier in the week.
