Reportedly, Akshaye Khanna demanded Rs 21 crore for the third installment of the ‘Drishyam’ franchise. The makers tried to negotiate with the actor; however, as per the reports, he stopped picking up calls later. Not just that, reportedly, Khanna also wanted to wear a wig in the movie, on which the film team couldn’t agree, as in the previous installments he was without one.There were reports that suggested that Akshaye Khanna left the project after the success of ‘Dhurandhar’; however, producer Kumar Mangat Pathak had told us that the actor exited the film just a day before the film reelased in theaters.
