In an emotional Instagram post, Mustafa looked back on Dhar’s guidance and how it has shaped him profoundly. He praised the filmmaker’s ability to bring out the best in his actors, especially as Rizwan continues to receive widespread appreciation.
Talking about their bond, Mustafa wrote, “@adityadharfilms, what can I say, sir, that hasn’t already been said about you — about your craft or the magic you bring to the screen? It’s been said time and again, and now you’ve created history. But if I could add something, it would be this — you are one of the most caring, kind, and humble human beings I have the privilege of calling a friend (brother). There has never been a time when you haven’t first asked me, ‘Tu theek hai na,’ before anything else. You saw Rizwan in me and fought for me to not just get the part, but to deliver on it. You saw something I didn’t even know existed. And look at what you did with someone who didn’t know the A of acting. My DMs are filled with messages of appreciation for Rizwan.
