Records are meant to be broken and that’s just what ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’ did this weekend, when it finally ended the reign of ‘Baahubali 2: The Conclusion’ at the North American box office. The film directed by Aditya Dhar, and starring Ranveer Singh in the lead, emerged as the highest-grossing Indian film in North America, surpassing the 9-year record held by ‘Baahubali 2′, directed by SS Rajamouli.‘Dhurandhar 2’ breaks ‘Baahubali 2’ recordAccording to Sacnilk, the spy action film crossed the USD 20.80 million record held by ‘Baahubali 2’ within just nine days. Top 5 highest-grossing films at North American box officeMeanwhile, at the US box office ‘Dhurandhar’ (2025), the first part of the epic saga, occupies the third spot on the list with a total collection of USD 20.65 million. Meanwhile, ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ occupies the fourth spot with an estimated total of USD 18.60 million and ‘Pathaan’ rounding off the fifth spot with a collection of USD 17.49 million.
