Fans waiting for the much-talked-about ‘Avengers: Doomsday’ trailer, might just be in for a disappointing start to their day as Marvel Studios is reportedly set to skip advertising at Super Bowl LX. As per the latest reports, the makers are reportedly set to skip debuting their trailer at NFL’s biggest night. ‘Avengers: Doomsday’ to skip Super Bowl trailer releaseAccording to Deadline, several major studios are rethinking their presence at the 2026 Super Bowl due to the huge advertising pricetag. A 30-second television spot is said to have climbed from around $7.5 million last year to nearly $10 million this year. “Word is Marvel Studios, which has Avengers: Doomsday (December 18) and Spider-Man: Brand New Day with Sony (July 31), is sitting out in what’s arguably a Super Bowl anomaly,” Deadline reported. This move comes after Marvel previously launched titles such as ‘Avengers: Endgame’, ‘Deadpool & Wolverine’ and ‘Thunderbolts’ at the event.Trailers expected to arrive at Super BowlWhile Marvel fans may not get to see new material this Super Bowl, after the four first-look trailers dropped all through December and January. The report further adds that fans can expect the ‘Scream 7’ ahead of the game, which will see the Seattle Seahawks take on the New England Patriots. Other trailers lined up to debut on the big night include, ‘The Super Mario Galaxy Movie’ and fresh footage from ‘Hoppers’ and ‘Toy Story 5’, as well as ‘The Mandalorian and Grogu’.
