This loss goes far beyond any one individual- personally, and for the entire film fraternity, it truly feels like the end of a golden era in music.” Paying a tribute to her legacy and expressing gratitude for all the gems she created and presented, he added, “She was not just an icon of Indian cinema but a global ambassador of our culture, representing India with grace and excellence across countless stages and generations.”

The ‘Loveyatri’ actor, with a heavy heart, continued to describe Asha Bhosle as “A timeless architect of melodies.” “She gifted us songs that have shaped our childhoods and continue to live on with us even today,” he said before concluding, “while that magical era may never return, her voice and legacy will remain eternal, echoing in hearts across the world forever.”Asha Bhosle’s last rites will be performed tomorrow at 4 pm at Shivaji Park. All near and dear ones can pay their respects at the antim darshan at her residence at 11 am tomorrow.
