AP SSC exams 2026 begins tomorrow: Check important guidelines and details here

AP SSC exam 2026: The Andhra Pradesh Secondary School Certificate (AP SSC) examinations 2026 are scheduled to begin on March 16, 2026. Conducted by the Board of Secondary Education Andhra Pradesh (BSEAP), the AP SSC examinations 2026 will continue until April 1. The first day of the AP SSC examinations 2026 will begin with the First Language Paper 1 exam, thereby marking the beginning of the examination process. The examination window will take place from 9:30 AM to 12:45 PM. The AP SSC hall ticket 2026, released earlier this month on the board’s official website, is the most critical document candidates must carry to the examination centre. The hall ticket contains the basic information about the candidate which will be; the name of the candidate, roll number, schedule of the subject to be written, and the exam centre allocated. In any case, there will be no permission to enter the examination hall without this document.

Reporting time and strict examination discipline

Authorities have asked students to reach their examination centres at least one hour before the start of the paper. Early reporting enables the invigilators to complete the process of identity verification, seating allocation and other administrative checks prior to the commencement of the examination.Candidates who arrive late may not be permitted to enter the examination hall once the paper has started. Students are also required to remain seated until the examination concludes and must hand over their answer scripts to the invigilator before leaving.

  • AP SSC hall ticket 2026 printed copy
  • Blue or black ballpoint pens
  • Simple writing materials to write the exam.
  • Any other content strictly allowed by the board.

Students are also recommended to ensure that their registration number and subject contents have been checked properly.Electronic gadgets and unauthorised materials are strictly bannedIn an effort to safeguard the integrity of the examination process, the board has imposed a strict ban on electronic devices and unauthorised materials inside exam centres. The following are some of the items that cannot be taken in to the exam hall:

  • Mobile phones
  • Smartwatches
  • Tablets or smartphones
  • Bluetooth headphones and devices.
  • Calculators

Invigilators have been directed to enforce these rules rigorously to prevent malpractice.
