One of the strongest emotions that we can feel, anger is one of those feelings that, although it may be overwhelming, has a lot of power that can be used in a very productive manner.
Instead of allowing this anger to build up or simply acting on it, channelling this anger into a physical activity, such as cleaning, can be very beneficial in that it allows you a sense of control over your situation.
Cleaning is not only a distraction for your mind, but it is also a very fulfilling activity, especially when you are in a situation where you are trying to find peace of mind.
