In Chennai, spiritual leader Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev recently chatted with Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt. He shared a clip on social media featuring Alia seeking parenting tips for her daughter, Raha Kapoor. Sadhguru advised her against parental worries.

Sadhguru posted a video on his Instagram stories showing him praying with Alia before their session started. He also shared a clip where Alia asks, “Your one advice to a parent who’s worried if they’re being a good parent would be?” He laughs and responds, “A worried parent is not a good parent.” As the audience laughs, Alia tilts her head back and says, “I don’t think you can take worry out of it. I think you’d admit.”
Sadhguru shares unwinding tip and Alia Bhatt session end
In yet another video, Sadhguru shared his view that he avoids ‘winding’ himself up just to ‘unwind.’ His Instagram stories suggest the session concluded warmly, with Alia holding the spiritual leader’s hand while they chatted. Sadhguru also uploaded photos from their talk on Instagram, noting: “Alia Bhatt engages with Sadhguru for a delightful conversation hosted by JITO Chennai Plus (Jain International Trade Organization).”
Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor ‘s family journey
Alia Bhatt reportedly started dating ‘Brahmastra’ co-star Ranbir Kapoor in 2018, confirming their relationship officially later that year. The couple wed in an intimate ceremony at their Mumbai home in April 2022. Their daughter Raha was born in November the same year. While Alia first shared Raha’s pictures online after revealing her face to the media on her first birthday, she has requested privacy since Saif Ali Khan’s stabbing incident.
