AAI apprentice recruitment 2026: The Airports Authority of India (AAI) will close the application window today for its apprentice recruitment in the Northern Region for the training cycle 2025–26. Applicants seeking Graduate, Diploma, and ITI roles must submit their applications before the deadline.The drive to hire apprentices is announced through advertisement no. 02/2026/ APPRENTICE/ GRADUATE/ DIPLOMA/ ITI/NR. A total of 133 apprentices will be recruited through the drive, which began on March 11, 2026. Today is the last day for candidates to submit their applications.Final day to submit applications for apprenticeships at Northern airportsAAI is a Miniratna Category 1 Public Sector Enterprise responsible for developing and operating civil aviation infrastructure in India. The educational qualification required for the Graduate candidates is an engineering degree in the relevant discipline. For the Diploma candidates, the required qualification is an engineering diploma. ITI candidates require a certificate in the relevant trade.The required age limit is between 18 years and 26 years, which is calculated as of March 31, 2026. Relaxation of age limit is also there.Stipend details and fee exemption confirmedAAI has clearly mentioned the stipend details for the selected apprentices. Graduate Apprentices will receive Rs 15,000 per month, Diploma Apprentices Rs 12,000, and ITI Trade Apprentices Rs 9,600.No application fee is required for any category, including General, OBC, EWS, SC, ST and PWD candidates. Applications must be submitted online through the official AAI website before the closing time today.Selection process based on academic meritThe selection process will consist of shortlisting candidates on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination, followed by document verification and a medical test. Further details regarding the results will be announced separately.
