The Miami E-Prix weekend begins on Friday with Rookie Free Practice, while the main race will take place on Saturday afternoon. Drivers have already arrived in Miami to compete at the new Miami International Autodrome, but before the on-track action begins, they made the most of their downtime by visiting Hard Rock Stadium. From Mitch Evans and Jean-Eric Vergne to Norman Nato, several Formula E drivers were spotted cheering for NBA team Miami Heat at the venue on Thursday.
What Formula E drivers are up to ahead of the Miami E-Prix
Formula E shared a group photo of several drivers at Hard Rock Stadium, where they posed with custom jerseys gifted to them during the game. Citroen Racing driver Jean-Eric Vergne, Nissan driver Norman Nato, and Jaguar TCS Racing driver Mitch Evans watched the Miami Heat in action and posed with their personalized jerseys.Antonio Félix da Costa also shared a solo photo of himself from the stadium. Amid the countdown to the Miami E-Prix, he wrote on Instagram: “Race weekend… again! Formula E in Miami. Let’s start with our season.”

Andretti unveils new livery ahead of Miami E-Prix
Andretti drivers have switched from white to black race suits for the season. The team has also partnered with TWG AI for the 2026 Formula E season and unveiled a new black-and-yellow car livery.
