HBSE Class 12 result 2026: The Board of School Education, Haryana, Bhiwani has declared the Senior Secondary (Academic) Examination result for February/March 2026. The outcome reflects the performance of students across regular, private and self-study categories. The result has been released on the official website www.bseh.org.in where students can access their marks using roll number and other login details.The board stated that the result represents the combined efforts of teachers and students. A total of 2,42,856 candidates appeared in the Senior Secondary Regular Examination this year. Out of these, 2,05,618 candidates cleared the examination while 10,498 candidates were declared failed.Overall pass percentage recorded at 84.67 per centThe overall pass percentage for the Senior Secondary (Academic) Regular Examination stands at 84.67 per cent. The result for self-study candidates has been recorded at 69.57 per cent.A total of 2,642 candidates appeared for the Senior Secondary (Private) examination, out of which 1,838 candidates successfully passed.Girls outperform boys in overall performanceIn the gender-wise result analysis, girls have performed better than boys. The pass percentage of boys stands at 81.45 per cent, while girls have recorded a pass percentage of 87.97 per cent. This shows a difference of 6.52 percentage points in favour of girls.Stream-wise performance across facultiesThe stream-wise performance shows variation across disciplines. The Science faculty recorded the highest pass percentage at 90.08 per cent. The Commerce faculty followed with 88.20 per cent, while the Arts faculty recorded 82.60 per cent.Rural and urban area performanceIn area-wise comparison, rural students recorded a pass percentage of 84.98 per cent, while urban areas recorded 83.91 per cent. The difference between rural and urban performance remains marginal in this year’s results.School-wise result distributionAmong school categories, private schools recorded a pass percentage of 87.94 per cent, while government schools recorded 82.44 per cent. The data shows higher performance in private institutions compared to government schools.District-wise performance highlightsDistrict-wise performance shows Charkhi Dadri at the top position in terms of pass percentage. Nuh district has recorded the lowest performance among all districts.Comparative performance over previous yearsThe pass percentage for 2026 stands at 84.67 per cent. In comparison, 2024 recorded 85.31 per cent, while 2023 recorded 81.65 per cent. The year 2022 saw a pass percentage of 87.08 per cent. The highest recorded performance in recent years was in 2021, when the pass percentage reached 100 per cent.Re-evaluation and further processThe board has announced that students who are not satisfied with their marks can apply for re-checking or re-evaluation. The application process will remain open for 20 days from the date of declaration of results.
