The Manipur Board has declared the HSLC Examination 2026 results on May 8. Along with the results, the board has also issued detailed instructions on re-scrutiny and options for unsuccessful students.Students who are not satisfied with their marks can apply for re-scrutiny of answer scripts. Applications will be accepted from May 11 to May 25, 2026, with a fee of Ra 2100 per subject (non-refundable). The board has clearly said that re-scrutiny does not mean re-evaluation or re-examination, but only checking of evaluated scripts as per rules. For students who have failed in one or two subjects, the board provides a compartment examination. This gives them a second chance to clear the subject without repeating the entire academic year. The compartment exams are usually held in the mid-year session, and results are declared after that, allowing students to continue their next class without losing a year. For students who do not clear the examination, there is also a re-admission provision. Unsuccessful candidates of HSLC 2026 can be re-admitted to Class 10 in their schools within 45 days of result declaration if they wish to appear again in HSLC. 2027. Schools will then forward the list of such students to the board within 60 days, and internal marks will be recorded accordingly.Direct link to check Manipur Board Class 10 results 2026 is here
