NTA issues Joint CSIR UGC NET December 2025 certificates on official portal

CSIR UGC NET December 2025: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the certificates for the Joint CSIR UGC NET December 2025 examination on its official website. Candidates who appeared for the examination can now access and download their certificates through the CSIR NET portal.According to the public notice issued by NTA, the Joint CSIR UGC NET December 2025 examination was conducted for eligibility under multiple categories, including award of Junior Research Fellowship and appointment as Assistant Professor, appointment as Assistant Professor and admission to PhD, and admission to PhD only. The examination was held in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode.Examination conducted for over 2 lakh candidatesThe Joint CSIR UGC NET December 2025 examination was conducted in five subjects for a total of 2,12,552 candidates. The examination took place on December 18, 2025, across designated centres in CBT mode.The test is conducted jointly for the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) and the University Grants Commission (UGC). It determines eligibility for Junior Research Fellowship, Assistant Professorship, and admission to doctoral programmes in participating institutions.NTA stated in the notice that the certificates are now available online on the official CSIR NET website. Candidates can log in using their credentials to download the document.Assistance available for certificate download issuesThe agency has also provided support channels for candidates facing difficulties while downloading their certificates. Candidates encountering technical issues can contact NTA through the official email IDs mentioned in the notice.The notice advised candidates to send queries to csirnet@nta.ac.in or csircertificate@nta.ac.in in case of problems related to certificate access or download.Candidates advised to check official website regularlyNTA has asked candidates to visit the official CSIR NET website regularly for the latest updates and notifications related to the examination process. The public notice was issued under the authority of the Director (Exams), NTA.The Joint CSIR UGC NET examination is conducted for science stream candidates seeking research fellowships, teaching eligibility, and admission to doctoral programmes in Indian universities and research institutions. The examination is administered under the Ministry of Education and in coordination with CSIR under the Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India.
