The teaser trailer for ‘Vadh 2’, directed by Jaspal Singh Sandhu, is officially here, and fans cannot seem to get enough. The teasers for the upcoming film had already generated enough buzz amongst the masses, and now the trailer gives fans a glimpse into what ‘Vadh 2’ beholds’
‘Vadh 2’ trailer release
The trailer for ‘Vadh 2’ shows another thrilling and daunting story of justice. Sanjay Mishra takes on the role of a police officer, while famed actress Neena Gupta plays the role of an inmate who has accepted her fate. The characters are shown meeting in secret late at night when everyone falls asleep. A missing complaint is filed about Keshav, a fellow inmate who has left everyone around him in shock over his cruel and inhumane actions. Inspector Ateet Singh is tasked with investigating his disappearance. The film does not give way to what truly happened to Keshav, however, it managed to keep the audience on their toes.

As soon as the trailer was shared online, fans rallied in the comment section to share what they thought of the thriller drama film’s first look. One person posted “Sanjay Mishra in serious mode hits different”, while another netizen shared, “Trailer looks intense and powerful.” Many people also commented with a fire emoji under the trailer to share their excitement about the upcoming thriller film. Another person shared, “Is baar vadh 2 hit honi chaiye!!!!! Drishaym x Vadh.” At the time of writing, the trailer had almost reached 2 million views on a popular video streaming platform.
‘Vadh 2’ plot
‘Vadh 2’ plays on as a spiritual sequel to the first one, and rather than continuing with the older storyline, introduces new characters and settings, along with new crimes. It is set in the backdrop of a jail where Neena Gupta’s character is serving time. She makes friends with Sanjay Mishra’s character, however the two end up getting involved in something deadly as another inmate goes missing. Along with Mishra and Gupta, the film also stars actors Kumud Mishra, Shilpa Shukla, and new actors Amitt K Singh, Akshay Dogra, and Yogita Bihani in titular roles. ‘Vadh 2’ will be launched in theatres nationwide on February 6.
