Value 360 Communications IPO: Company plans to raise 41.69 crore, check price band, issue size, dates and key details

Value 360 Communications Limited will open its initial public offering (IPO) for subscription on May 4 with the public issue closing on May 6, according to a statement issued on Thursday by the company. The company plans to raise up to Rs 41.69 crore through the SME issue, which will be listed on NSE Emerge.The IPO consists of up to 42,54,000 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each. The price band has been fixed at Rs 95 to Rs 98 per share.Value 360 Communications said the funds raised from the issue will be used for working capital requirements, capital expenditure towards infrastructure and technology, repayment or prepayment of certain borrowings, investment in influencer marketing platform Irida Interactive Private Limited (ClanConnect), and general corporate purposes.The company which incorporated in 2007, operates in integrated communications and marketing solutions. It offers services across public relations, digital marketing, influencer marketing and strategic communications.As of January 2026, the company reported total income of Rs 55.07 crore and net profit of Rs 7.61 crore.Horizon Management Private Limited has been appointed as the book running lead manager to the issue, while KFin Technologies Limited will act as registrar.The proposed listing will be on the SME platform of the National Stock Exchange. Following the IPO, the company’s shares “will be listed on NSE Emerge, SME Platform of National Stock Exchange Limited,” the company said.As of January 2026, the company reported total income of Rs 55.07 crore and net profit of Rs 7.61 crore. The company described itself as “an integrated communications powerhouse redefining brand storytelling through data-driven and AI-led strategies”.
