UP Board result 2026 released: Official UPMSP website crashes; direct link to check Class 10, 12 scores on TOI portal

UP Board result 2026: The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has released the UP Board Class 10 and Class 12 results 2026 today, April 23, at 4 PM. Soon after the announcement, the official websites faced heavy traffic and students are reporting that the site is slow or not opening. The official websites are upresults.nic.in and upmsp.edu.in. Students are trying to check their results on upresults.nic.in and upmsp.edu.in, but due to the rush, the websites may take time to load. In such a situation, students can use alternative platforms like the Times of India (TOI) result portal to check their scores easily.

How to check UP Board Class 10 result on TOI portal

Students can follow these steps:

  • Visit the TOI result page
  • Enter your roll number (and roll code if required)
  • Click on ‘Submit’
  • Your result will appear on the screen
  • Download and take a printout

Passing marks

Students must score at least 33% marks to pass the exam. Those who do not qualify will be allowed to appear for compartment exams. The marksheet available online is provisional. Students will need to collect their original marksheets from their schools later.

Exam details

The UP Board exams were conducted from February 24 to March 12 across 8,033 centres in the state. Around 50 lakh students appeared for the exams this year, including about 26.02 lakh for Class 10 and 24.91 lakh for Class 12.

Last year’s performance

In 2025, the UP Board results were announced on April 25. The overall pass percentage was around 89.55% for Class 10 and 82.60% for Class 12, with girls performing better than boys. Students are advised to stay patient and use trusted platforms to check their results. They should also download and keep a copy of their marksheet for future use.
