NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court on Thursday stayed a Chhattisgarh high court order that handed life imprisonment to Amit Jogi in the 2003 murder case of Ramavtar Jaggi.The case, which dates back over two decades, concerns the fatal shooting of Jaggi in June 2003. Jogi, son of former chief minister Ajit Jogi, was acquitted by a special court in 2007 due to insufficient evidence.
