IIT Madras offers free Hindi AI courses nationwide under AI for All initiative

IIT Madras has launched AI for All, a national digital learning initiative offering six free artificial intelligence courses entirely in Hindi through its SWAYAM Plus platform.The programme targets students, teachers, and working professionals, allowing learners to study AI concepts and applications without prior coding experience or background knowledge.Courses designed for wide academic and professional useThe six courses include AI for Educators, AI in Physics, AI in Chemistry, AI in Accounting, Cricket Analytics with AI, and AI/ML Using Python. Each of the courses has been created by experts within the ecosystem at IIT Madras and emphasizes practical learning with actual data. According to the institute, the courses are designed to increase the foundational learning and overall employability skills.SWAYAM Plus For Inclusive Language Learning The initiative has been facilitated through SWAYAM Plus, an educational platform run by IIT Madras. The platform has used the language of Hindi to ensure that learners don’t have to overcome any linguistic challenges while trying to access superior technological learning options. Individuals across the country have access to learning the basics and use cases of AI through one single platform and in their desired language.Registration information and EligibilityAll six courses are available free of cost. The registrations are open until January 26, 2026. The courses are designed for individuals without any prior experience in artificial intelligence or programming codes. The courses are also beneficial for professionals who want to get exposure to artificial intelligence with these courses.
