‘Raja Shivaji’ showcases star cast in powerful trailer
Riteish Deshmukh, who also directs the film, shared the first trailer of the historical drama on social media. His son will portray a younger version of Shivaji. The action-packed promo features Abhishek, Sanjay, Vidya, and Riteish’s wife Genelia, who appears grandly as Saibai, Chhatrapati Shivaji’s wife. ‘Raja Shivaji’ traces the life of the Maratha warrior, with Abhishek essaying the role of his elder brother.
‘Raja Shivaji’ promotions reveal Salman Khan cameo
Recently, Riteish, along with Genelia Deshmukh and Abhishek Bachchan, appeared on the grand finale of Bigg Boss Marathi season 6 on April 19 to promote ‘Raja Shivaji’. While hosting the show, Riteish confirmed that Salman Khan has a cameo in the film but chose not to reveal specifics about his character. He only hinted that Khan plays a key role. Reports suggest the actor could be seen as Jiva Mahala.
