IB MTS result 2026: The Intelligence Bureau is set to declare the IB MTS Result 2026 on the Ministry of Home Affairs website, with the official notice indicating that the result will be released shortly. As of April 13, 2026, candidates who appeared for the examination are awaiting confirmation of their qualifying status.The Multi-Tasking Staff examination was conducted on January 27, 2026, for 362 vacancies. Once released, the result will be available in PDF format on mha.gov.in, carrying the roll numbers of candidates shortlisted for the next stage of recruitment.Result preparation and latest updateFollowing the examination, the provisional answer key and response sheet were issued within two days. Objections submitted by candidates are currently under review. It will be prepared based on written examination scores, subsequent stages where applicable, category-wise vacancies, and document verification status.The cut-off marks will depend on factors including the number of candidates, total vacancies, reservation norms, difficulty level, and normalisation criteria. Candidates meeting or exceeding the cut-off will qualify for the next stage.Next stage and document verificationShortlisted candidates will be called for document verification. Required documents include proof of date of birth, educational certificates, domicile certificate, caste or disability certificate where applicable, and other relevant records. Failure to produce valid documents may lead to disqualification.
