Asha ji, you were not just a voice.”The singer further added how big of an inspiration the ‘Chura Liya Hai Tumne Jo Dil Ko’ singer was to her and everyone around her.She further continued and added that you were the heartbeat of millions of melodies that defined our lives. Your energy, your versatility, and that unmatched joy in every note taught me what it truly means to surrender to music.”

Madhushree says that Asha Bhosle’s loss is the end of an era

The singer continued to talk about the veteran star and emotionally added, “Today, as the world mourns the end of an era, my heart is heavy, but I am forever grateful to have lived in the time of your magic. You sang with your soul, and your songs will continue to sing in ours. Rest in eternal melody, my beloved Asha Tai. Om Shanti.”Over the years, Madhushree has time and time again done covers of Asha Bhosle’s most iconic songs, and has even dedicated some of her performances to the late singer.

Veteran singer Asha Bhosle passes away at 92

Yesterday, the singer’s granddaughter Zanai Bhosle confirmed that she had been admitted to the hospital due to a chest infection and extreme exhaustion. Today, it was reported that the veteran legend passed away after facing complications and multi-organ failure.
