She added playful terms like “Oji” and “Suniye Ji” while mimicking his celebratory expressions.

At the event ‘Let There Be Sport’ in 2025, Virat and Anushka also engaged in witty banter throughout the evening. When asked about his favourite actor, Virat quipped “Shreyas Iyer”. Anushka, when asked about her favourite Virat habit, said, “He’s a picture of calmness on the field.”They even exchanged dialogues, with Anushka quoting from Band Baaja Baaraat and Virat replying in Ranveer Singh’s style.

Coming to the present, as ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’ is the hot topic now, Anushka Sharma took to Instagram Stories to praise the Ranveer Singh starrer. She wrote, “What a fantastic film you’ve made @adityadharfilms! It takes so much conviction to make an almost 4 hr long film. Gripping and immersive, meticulously crafted, the film holds your attention through and through. You are a fiercely original and assured filmmaker.”She especially commended Ranveer Singh and the entire ensemble cast.Virat Kohli also watched the film and shared his thoughts. He said, “Saw the film today and dare I say that I’ve never ever seen a cinematic experience like this made in India.
