Bollywood superstar Salman Khan seemed to have had a minor security lapse. In a video of the actor from the airport, his team was seen rushing to his side in a brief but tense moment. The incident occurred as Khan was walking through the airport with his team, when he paused to acknowledge a young fan who was eager to take a photograph. While the child seemingly sought permission, another man approached the actor from the side, placing an arm around Khan’s shoulders in an attempt to take a selfie.

Khan appeared visibly uncomfortable as the man attempted to get too close to the actor, and even strapped an arm around his shoulders. Salman was seen quickly shrugging away while the man tried to get the perfect photo. However, Salman’s security soon noticed the man and pushed him away as the actor looked on with a stern look.

However, the situation was quickly diffused when Khan gestured to his team to remain calm, raising his hand to signal them to leave the young man. Following the incident, Salman brushed it off and put on a big smile as he resumed his interaction with the young fan, and bent down to pose for a photograph. The video of the incident has gone viral online, with fans expressing their shock over the security lapse, considering the elaborate measures set in place for the actor’s safety after receiving multiple death threats.

Salman Khan releases new Maatrubhui song

On the work front, Salman is awaiting the release of his war film ‘Maatrubhumi: May War Rest in Peace’. The actor on Friday released a new song ‘Mera Jee Nahi Bhara’ that introduces two fresh faces from the film who play pivotal roles in the storyline. “The idea was always to expand the world of the film and give audiences a deeper glimpse into its characters and emotional arcs,” read a press release.Directed by Apoorva Lakhia, and starring Chitrangada Singh in a pivotal role, the film was slated to release next week, however, it appears that the film’s release has been postponed with a new release date still awaited.
