JEE Main 2026 session 2 result, answer key: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the schedule for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2026 Session 2 answer key and result. According to the latest update shared on X (formerly Twitter), the agency has shared the post-examination timeline for candidates.According to the announcement, the JEE Main 2026 Session 2 question papers will be released on April 9, 2026. After this, the provisional answer key will be issued on April 11, 2026. On the same day, the answer key challenge window will also open for candidates.

Final answer key after objections

After reviewing the objections submitted by candidates, NTA will release the final answer key. The final answer key will be used to prepare the JEE Main 2026 Session 2 results.

The JEE Main 2026 Session 2 result is expected to be declared on April 20, 2026. Along with the results, the agency will also release final rankings.These rankings will be important for admission to undergraduate engineering programmes, and qualification for Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced.NTA has also clarified that the final score will be calculated using the best score from the two sessions. The normalised scores will be considered while preparing the final rankings.Candidates are advised to regularly check the official website for the latest updates regarding the answer key, objections, and result declaration.
