MHT CET registration 2026: The State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell, Maharashtra, has opened a short correction window for candidates registered for the MH DPN/PHN CET 2026 and MH Nursing CET 2026. The MHT CET entrance examinations were conducted on May 6 and 7, 2026. It will determine admissions to nursing courses across the state. The correction facility comes in response to recurring issues observed in previous years, where candidates sought changes in their application forms after the release of hall tickets or during the Centralised Admission Process (CAP). According to the official schedule, candidates can modify specific details in their application forms from April 7 to April 9, 2026, until 11:59 pm. The CET Cell has made it clear that this is a one-time opportunity, and no further corrections will be entertained once the deadline lapses. The editable fields include key personal and identification details such as the candidate’s name, date of birth, gender, signature, and photograph. These elements are considered critical for identity verification during the examination and admission process.The official notice reads that, “It is observed from past records that many candidates make mistakes while filling the application form and request to change the same after release of Hall ticket or during the CAP process.”

- Log in using your registered email ID and password
- Open the submitted application form
- Click on the “Edit” or “Correction” option
- Make changes in the permitted fields (Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Signature, Photograph)
- Carefully review all updated details before submission
- Submit the corrected application form
- Download and save a copy of the updated form for future reference
