Karnataka 2nd PUC result 2026: The Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board (KSEAB) is expected to declare the Class 12 Pre-University Course (PUC) Examination Result 2026 on April 7, as indicated by the state’s School Education Minister. An official press note confirming the exact time of release, however, is still awaited. Once announced, the results will be accessible on the official portals, kseab.karnataka.gov.in and karresults.nic.in, with candidates required to log in using their registration credentials.A total of 7,10,363 candidates from 5,174 PU colleges registered for the examination. Of these, 6,46,801 were fresh candidates, while 50,540 appeared as repeaters and 13,022 as private candidates.The examinations were held between February 28 and March 17, 2026, across 1,217 designated centres statewide, under heightened monitoring protocols.Stream-wise participation remained sharply defined:
- Science: 2,92,645 candidates
- Commerce: 2,11,174 candidates
- Arts: 1,42,982 candidates
