An incredible rumor making waves in Bollywood circles claims Vicky Kaushal will reprise his role from Aditya Dhar’s ‘Uri: The Surgical Strike’ in the director’s sequel to ‘Dhurandhar’. This buzz has fueled fan speculation about a shared cinematic universe alongside Ranveer Singh, despite swift denials from production insiders labelling it as baseless gossip.

‘Uri: The Surgical Strike’ draws from the real-life September 2016 events, where the Indian Army thwarted a militant attack near Uri town. Vicky portrays Major Vihaan Shergill, spearheading the military operation in the film, which grossed over Rs 341 crore worldwide against a Rs 42 crore budget after its January 2019 release.
