WBJEE 2026 registration deadline extended till this date; check revised schedule, direct link to apply here

WBJEE 2026 registration: The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board has extended the registration deadline for the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE) 2026. Candidates can now apply online till April 8, 2026, instead of the earlier deadline of April 5.Interested candidates can complete their application process through the official website, wbjeeb.nic.in/wbjee. The board has also clarified that all dates are tentative and may change in case of unavoidable circumstances.

WBJEE 2026: Important dates

It is important to take note of the revised key dates given below:

  • Online application with fee payment: March 10 to April 8, 2026
  • Correction window: April 10 to April 12, 2026
  • Admit card release: May 15 to May 24, 2026 (till 4:00 pm)
  • Exam date: May 24, 2026

Exam schedule:

  • Paper I (Mathematics): 11:00 am to 1:00 pm
  • Paper II (Physics and Chemistry): 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm

The result date will be announced later.

WBJEE 2026: Participating colleges

Several top institutions will accept WBJEE 2026 scores for Bachelor of Technology (BTech) admissions, including:

  • Jadavpur University
  • University of Calcutta
  • Kalyani Government Engineering College

Some private colleges accepting WBJEE scores include:

  • Institute of Engineering and Management
  • Heritage Institute of Technology
  • Haldia Institute of Technology

  3. Register using name, email ID, mobile number and date of birth
  4. Log in and fill the application form
  5. Upload photograph and signature
  6. Pay the application fee
  7. Submit the form and download confirmation page
