SSC CHSL Tier-2 exam city slip: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the exam city intimation for the Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination, 2025 (Tier-II). Candidates appearing for the examination can now access their allotted exam city through the official portal.As per the schedule issued by SSC, the Tier-II examination for CHSL 2025 is set to be conducted on April 10, 2026. The release of the city slip allows candidates to make necessary arrangements ahead of the examination.Exam city details and admit card timelineThe Commission has made the exam city information available from April 1, 2026. Candidates can check the details by logging into the designated module on the official website, ssc.gov.in, using their credentials.The admission certificate, along with the scribe entry pass, will be issued on April 7, 2026. The admit card will contain details such as the examination centre, reporting time and instructions for candidates. Candidates are required to carry the admission certificate to the examination venue.• Direct link to check and download the city slipScribe registration and Aadhaar authenticationSSC has introduced changes in the process for candidates opting for the ‘own scribe’ facility. Candidates will be required to complete fresh registration for scribes, as all earlier registrations submitted before November 5, 2025 have been discontinued.The scribe registration process is now linked with Aadhaar authentication. Individuals willing to act as scribes must complete the updated registration process on the Commission’s website.Candidates opting for their own scribe must submit the scribe’s registration number to generate the scribe entry pass. The Commission has also stated that the maximum permissible age limit for scribes will be as per the updated policy, while other guidelines remain unchanged.Deadline for scribe mapping and key instructionsCandidates who have opted for the own scribe facility must complete the mapping of their scribe’s One-Time Registration (OTR) by April 5, 2026, up to 11:00 PM for the CHSL Tier-II examination. The scribe entry pass will be generated only after successful mapping.In case of any discrepancy in the admission certificate or scribe entry pass, candidates are advised to refer to the official examination notices issued earlier. The Commission has clarified that those guidelines will prevail in resolving such issues.Candidates are advised to regularly check the official website for updates and ensure compliance with all instructions issued by SSC.
