TVS Apache RTR 160 4V gets big upgrade: Pricing, what’s new for 2026

TVS Motor Company has launched the updated 2026 Apache RTR 160 4V. As part of this update, the model gets a series of feature upgrades across its variants. Here’s a quick look at some of the key details.

2026 TVS Apache RTR 160 4V: What’s new

One of the biggest highlights is the introduction of a Class-D projector headlamp with LED DRLs, along with a full LED lighting setup, now available across the range. In addition, the motorcycle also gets an assist and slipper clutch as standard fitment.The Apache RTR 160 4V is offered in three variants. The entry-level single-channel ABS version is priced at Rs 1.25 lakh and comes equipped with telescopic front forks and a digital LCD instrument cluster. Moving up, the dual-channel ABS variant with USD forks is priced at Rs 1.31 lakh. This version adds adjustable levers while retaining the LCD display.At the top of the lineup sits the USD with TFT variant, priced at Rs 1.37 lakh. This model gets a 5-inch TFT display with TVS SmartXonnect features, along with traction control.

2026 TVS Apache RTR 160 4V: Engine specs

Despite the feature upgrades, there are no mechanical changes to the motorcycle. The Apache RTR 160 4V continues to be powered by the same 159.7cc single-cylinder engine. It produces 17.6 hp and 14.73 Nm. These are peak figures in the Sport mode.
