When will SSC CHSL Tier 1 result 2025 be released? Here's what we know

The Staff Selection Commission is expected to announce the SSC CHSL Tier 1 result 2025 soon on its official website at ssc.gov.in. The result will be released in PDF format and will list the roll numbers and names of candidates shortlisted for the next stage.The Tier 1 examination for the recruitment process in the Combined Higher Secondary Level was held from November 12, 2025, to November 30, 2025. The candidates passing the selection would be eligible to appear in the Tier 2 exam for the SSC CHSL.The Commission has not yet released the official end-date for the results, but the process is close to completion. Along with the result PDF, SSC will also publish category-wise cut off marks. The result document will include candidates’ roll numbers, names, fathers’ names and mothers’ names.The provisional answer key for the Tier 1 examination was released on December 8, 2025. Candidates were allowed to raise objections until December 11, 2025. After examining the objections, SSC finalises the answer key and prepares the result.

Vacancies and selection process details

SSC aims to fill 3,131 Group C vacancies through the CHSL 2025 examination. The recruitment involves jobs advertised at the 10+2 level. Only persons accumulating marks equal to or higher than the announced cutoff will proceed to the next stage.Results are released by the Commission for each stage of the exams. The result of Tier 1 shall determine eligibility for Tier 2 qualification, and selection would be made based on performance at all stages.

Scorecard and further process

SSC will release the CHSL scorecard after the declaration of the result. Candidates can log in using their registration number and password to check their marks. The scorecard reflects raw scores, normalised marks, category details and applicable cut off marks. Marks for both qualified as well as non-qualified candidates will be available through the login dashboard. The candidates are advised to keep checking the portal for any updates regarding SSC CHSL Tier 1 result.
