The ‘Keeping up with the Kardashians’ star purchased the property in 2016 and has now put it up for sale with an asking price of USD 20.2 million. The home features 10 bathrooms and eight bedrooms, with highlight amenities including an attached guest suite, a wet bar, and an outdoor kitchen. Kylie’s latest listing comes as she and Timothée, 30, are turning up the dial in their three-year romance.
Kylie, now 28, bought the property in 2016, when she was just 19. Her now-listed home has been a mainstay for her and ex Travis Scott’s two kids, Stormi, 8, and Aire, 3, reports People.Coming to the design, she had Martyn Lawrence Bullard turn the space into her dream pastel cloud. “I told Martyn I wanted a fresh, fun vibe to match the way I was feeling. Color was essential. I love pink, and I wanted a lot of it!” she told Architectural Digest of the process in 2019. Saying that her closets and glam room are very personal to her, Kylie added, “I spend a lot of time in those rooms, so we had to make sure they were perfect.” However, similar to sisters Kim Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian, she added a more neutral touch to the home in recent years.

While this is her first Hidden Hills home, Kylie Jenner’s game is strong when it comes to real estate. As per People, Kylie owns two more Hidden Hills properties, including a 1.37-acre plot of land. She bought her first mansion in her hometown, Calabasas, in 2015, but she sold it for USD 3.2 million two years later.
