UPSSSC Pharmacist recruitment 2026: Registration for 560 posts ends in two days; direct link to apply here

UPSSSC Pharmacist recruitment 2026: The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) will close the registration window in two days for the Pharmacist Recruitment 2026. Eligible candidates who wish to apply for the posts can complete the online application process through the official website upsssc.gov.in.The last date to apply is March 29, 2026.

UPSSSC Pharmacist recruitment 2026: Vacancy details

A total of 560 vacancies will be filled through this recruitment. The category-wise distribution of posts is as follows:

  • Unreserved (UR): 224 posts
  • Scheduled Caste (SC): 118 posts
  • Other Backward Classes (OBC): 151 posts
  • Economically Weaker Section (EWS): 56 posts
  • Scheduled Tribe (ST): 11 posts

Applications started on March 9, 2026 and the last date to apply is March 29, 2026.

Age limit

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and not more than 40 years of age. However, candidates belonging to reserved categories will receive age relaxation according to government rules, the official notification says.

Salary details

Candidates selected for the Pharmacist posts will be appointed under the Level-05 pay scale. The salary structure includes:

  • Minimum pay: ₹5,200
  • Maximum pay: ₹20,200
  • Grade Pay: ₹2,800

Educational qualification and eligibility

To apply for the Pharmacist posts, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Hold a Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognised university or institute
  • Be registered with the State Pharmacy Council of Uttar Pradesh
  • Possess a valid scorecard from the Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET) 2025 conducted by UPSSSC
