MPSC Group B result 2026: The Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) has announced the Group B Preliminary Examination Result 2025 on the official website, mpsc.gov.in. The result has been released in a PDF format with names of the selected candidates. The commission has published the result along with category-wise cut-off marks. Candidates who appeared for the preliminary examination held on January 4, 2026, can now check their qualifying status by searching their roll numbers in the official PDF. According to media reports, a total of 13,305 candidates have cleared the preliminary round and are now eligible to appear for the mains examination.The examination is part of a major recruitment drive to fill 758 Group B posts across departments. These include key positions such as: Assistant Section Officer, Police Sub-Inspector, State Tax Inspector, Sub-Registrar.
