The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) is currently accepting applications the Assistant Prosecution Officer (APO) Recruitment drive 2026. Who is eligible to apply

Candidates applying for the BPSC APO 2026 recruitment must hold a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a recognized university. The age limit, as on 1 August 2026, is 21 years minimum and 37 years maximum for general male candidates. Age relaxations are applicable for reserved categories in accordance with government norms. Additionally, applicants must be Indian citizens to be eligible for the recruitment.
