Streamer Tectone banned from YouTube for a week, calls platforms “over sanitized”

Streamer Tectone has been banned from YouTube for one week. The creator shared the news himself on X, where he explained that he cannot post videos or go live during this time. According to him, the ban was given because of “excessive swearing” in his content. This means he used too many bad words in his videos or streams, which broke the platform’s rules.Tectone also said that he is not surprised by the ban. He believes that many online platforms today are becoming “over sanitized,” meaning they are very strict about what people can say. Even though he is upset, he told his fans that he is not worried. He plans to take this time to focus on his personal life, including going to the gym and spending time with his fiancée and his dog.

Tectone reacts to YouTube ban, says “every platform is over sanitized”

In his post, Tectone clearly shared how he feels about the situation. He said, “Can’t say I didn’t see this coming, every platform is over sanitized. They pretend you can speak your mind freely but you really can’t.” He also added that he will have to change his content when he returns so that he does not face another ban. This is not the first time Tectone has faced such action. In the past, he has also been banned on Twitch for different reasons. Because of this, some fans feel that he often pushes the limits of what platforms allow. However, he said he will stay active on X and keep talking to his followers there. He also thanked his fans for their support during this short break. When the ban ends, it will be interesting to see if Tectone changes his style or continues the same way. His situation also starts a bigger discussion about rules on platforms and how much freedom creators should have while making content online.
