Rebooking and refund options Travellers affected by disruptions between February 28 and April 15 have been given flexible options: Rebooking: Passengers can reschedule their journey on an alternate Emirates flight to the same destination, with travel permitted up to May 31. Refunds: Customers may request a refund if they choose not to travel. However, Emirates advises completing any rebooking first, as unused segments in an itinerary will be automatically cancelled and refunded. All those who have booked through agents should contact them, whereas those who booked through Emirates, they can contact them directly via the official channels.
