The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has opened the correction window for the Assistant posts 2026. According to an official notice released by RBI, the candidates who successfully completed their application process within the deadline are allowed to correct their information between March 14, 2026, 00:01 hours, and March 15, 2026, 23:59 hours. The two-day period is announced before the examination, where the preliminary test will be conducted on April 11, and the main examination will be conducted on June 7, 2026.For the candidates who want to correct their information, they need to pay the correction fee, which is ₹200, including GST, applicable to all categories.The Reserve Bank of India announced that the fee will not be refunded in any circumstances and that only the latest updated application will be considered valid after the successful payment of the fee.

The edit window allows candidates to correct only a limited set of personal and academic details. The following fields can be updated:

  • Examination centre preference
  • Father’s name
  • Mother’s name
  • Class 10 percentage
  • Class 12 percentage

Applicants have been urged to carefully verify the changes before final submission since no further corrections will be permitted once the edit window closes.
