National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) has selected 20 bankers for its long-awaited initial public offering, the exchange said in a statement.The selected bankers include Kotak Mahindra Capital, JM Financial and Axis Capital, as well as the Indian units of Morgan Stanley, Citigroup, JPMorgan Chase & Co and HSBC Holdings. Eight law firms have also been selected, including Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Khaitan & Co and Trilegal. Last month, NSE formed a committee and appointed Rothschild & Co as an adviser to oversee the listing process. Rothschild is leading the selection of lead bankers, legal counsel and other intermediaries for the IPO.This is a Bloomberg story
