New York supporters arrived wearing Knicks gear, while Los Angeles fans filled the seats with purple and gold.The contest also turned into a celebrity gathering that mirrored a Hollywood premiere. Several well-known figures sat courtside as the Lakers controlled the game from the opening quarter. Actor Martin Lawrence watched closely from a seat near the Lakers’ bench while the home team built momentum. Even without LeBron James in uniform, Los Angeles maintained control in the game.

Lakers secure huge win over Knicks
On the court, Los Angeles set the tone early. Luka Dončić led the offense with 35 points, eight rebounds, four assists, and two steals. His scoring burst in the third quarter helped stretch the Lakers’ lead and shifted the momentum firmly in their favor.Austin Reaves contributed 25 points along with four rebounds and five assists.
