Alan Ritchson’s ‘War Machine’ is officially on OTT platforms, and the fans cannot seem to get enough. The much-anticipated sci-fi film has only recently been released online; however, fans and netizens alike have been raving about the film and sharing their opinions actively on social media.

As soon as the film reached online platforms, fans and netizens alike could not stop talking about it. One person posted screenshots of the film, further adding, “This has to be the most intense movie I’ve seen this year (fire emoji) Insane visuals >>Absolute cinema.” Another fan wrote, “Ritchson was absolutely iconic in this film ohmygod.” A netizen shared a detailed review on their social media account, writing that “A M A Z I N G. #WarMachine joins the league of the amazing army/war movies. The tension, the action, edge of the seat scenes. I enjoyed it. It has some similarities with lone survivor, It is a nice movie with a perfect cast.”Another person called this the “movie of the year”, while many others commended Ritchson’s acting on screen in the sci-fi film.
Plot of ‘War Machine’
The story follows an unnamed staff sergeant, who is played by Alan Ritchson, along with other sergeants. It follows a set of final recruits who are a part of a special ops boot camp, who go on to encounter a deadly force that does not come from this world. What initially started off as a training exercise turns into something sinister as they are forced into a harrowing situation.
Review of ‘War Machine’
The film garnered a lot of praise, and as per the review shared by ETimes, the film was promising. The review cited that “the premise of War Machine may not be entirely new, but the idea of an unstoppable, predatory killing machine built for war feels especially unsettling in the times we live in. What makes the film even more thought-provoking is how close world leaders sometimes appear to behaving like such machines themselves, making decisions that lead to widespread destruction.”
