Shraddha Kapoor has decided to continue living in her Juhu residence, renewing the lease for the luxury apartment at a monthly rent of Rs 6 lakh. As per property documents verified by Square Yards on the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) website, the new lease agreement was registered in February 2026.

Juhu is one of Mumbai’s most popular and upscale areas, renowned for its stunning homes and excellent location. The area has a mix of luxury apartments, sea-facing houses, and private societies that attract rich buyers, film stars, and investors. It’s well connected through the Western Express Highway and JVPD roads and is close to both domestic and international airports. Juhu is also near major business areas like Bandra Kurla Complex, Andheri, and Santacruz. Many famous Bollywood actors, including Amitabh Bachchan, Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgn, Varun Dhawan, and Hrithik Roshan, live in this neighborhood.
Shraddha Kapoor’s previous Juhu lease details
Based on property documents reviewed by Square Yards, the same apartment at Prime Beach in Juhu was previously rented out, with the lease registered in October 2024. The flat measures 365 sq. m. (3,929 sq. ft.) and includes four parking spaces. The registration carried a stamp duty of Rs 36,000 along with a fee of Rs 1,000.
Shraddha Kapoor’s new lease tenure and rent value
According to data reviewed by Square Yards, the lease is valid for a 12-month period, and the tenant will pay Rs 6 lakh every month. The total rent for the entire duration comes to Rs 72 lakh.
