In a recent development and to boost tourism, the Uttar Pradesh government has announced plans to set up India’s first National Cow Culture Museum in Mathura. The project is aimed at celebrating the country’s cultural, spiritual and scientific connection to cows. As per media sources, the museum will be developed on the campus of the Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Veterinary Science University. Highlights of the museum Some of the prime highlights of the museum include:To show the religious, cultural and spiritual relevance of cows Focus on the scientific utility of cows and cattle productsAs per reports, the museum will have over 100 digital and physical exhibits. These will showcase Indian cattle breeds including major indigenous and endangered varieties. It will give visitors a view of India’s cattle beauty.
