Sivakarthikeyan’s upcoming film ‘Seyon’ has grabbed eyeballs after the makers unveiled the first glimpse on the actor’s birthday. He has now penned a note lauding the director Sivakumar Murugesan and expressing gratitude to Kamal Haasan, who is backing the project.

Sivakarthikeyan, who celebrated his birthday on February 17, penned a gratitude note, in which he thanked Kamal Haasan, who is also the producer of ‘Seyon’ for the warm wishes. “I extend my heartfelt gratitude to Ulaganayagan Mr. Kamal Haasan Sir Mr. Thol. Thirumavalavan Sir. Mt. Seeman Annan, and Mr. Annamalai Brother for wishing me on my birthday,” he said.

What you should know about ‘Seyon’
‘Seyon’ is helmed by Sivakumar Murugesan. The first glimpse was recently released, giving a glimpse of an incident that takes place on the second day of the Karumathur Virumaandi temple’s Maasi Kalari festival. The makers are yet to announce the other cast; however, it is confirmed that the film will hit the theatres in October 2026. Santhosh Narayanan is the film’s music director.
