CDAC recruitment 2026: The Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) has released the official notification for CDAC recruitment 2026. Through this recruitment drive, C-DAC aims to fill 805 vacancies for various technical and administrative project-based posts across its centres in India, according to the official notification released before.The online registration process began on February 1, 2026, and the last date to apply is tomorrow, February 20, 2026. CDAC recruitment 2026: Vacancy overview

Under this recruitment drive, C-DAC is recruiting for 805 project-based positions. The major posts include Project Engineer, Project Technician, other technical and administrative project staff.The vacancies are spread across multiple C-DAC centres in India. Recruitment is being conducted for areas such as Software development, Electronics and electronics design, Artificial intelligence, Cybersecurity, High performance computing, Embedded systems, Project and technical support.Most of the positions are project-based and may be offered on a contractual basis, depending on organisational requirements.

Eligibility criteria and age limit

The eligibility criteria differ depending on the post.

  • For Project Engineer posts, candidates should have Bachelor of Engineering (BE), Bachelor of Technology (BTech), Master of Engineering (ME), Master of Technology (MTech), Master of Computer Applications (MCA) or an equivalent degree in the relevant field.
  • For Technician and support staff posts, candidates must have a diploma or other qualifications as mentioned in the official notification.

Candidates must also meet the post-wise age limit. Age relaxation will be applicable for reserved category candidates as per Government rules. Some posts may require relevant work experience.Applicants are advised to carefully check the detailed eligibility conditions before applying.
